I'm Carla B, Life Balance Consultant and Founder.

As an entrepreneur and mom I experienced burnout after 13 years as a massage therapist in the wellness industry. I desperately needed to shift so I became a certified life coach, started journaling and focused on my wellbeing. I soon realized the power in writing because it help me to create clarity, overcome obstacles and make progress. I enjoyed writing but traditional stationary was limiting, so I started designing my own and created a life balance system. I was able to utilize my creativity, and live my purpose which is helping other ambitious women achieve Peace & Happiness.
I'm a mom of 3, originally from St. Thomas, USVI. I enjoy gardening, creating textile art, tea blending and spending time with family.
